Digital books

A direct purchase of Engineering AI Adoption grants the named buyer permanent personal access to the first-edition EPUB and PDF files through the Radical Geek customer portal. The files are DRM-free. Copyright remains with Mark Jones. You may use the files on your own devices and make reasonable personal backup copies. You may not redistribute, resell, publish or make the files available to other people.

Corrected files within the first edition may replace an earlier download. A later edition may be offered separately.

Payment and delivery

Stripe processes direct payments. The price and format shown immediately before checkout form part of the order. Access is normally available as soon as Stripe confirms payment, with a portal sign-in link sent to the purchase email address.

Paperback and Kindle purchases are completed with Amazon and are governed by Amazon's checkout, fulfilment and return terms.

Immediate supply and cancellation

Before entering Stripe Checkout, you must expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital files and acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right ends when access to the download begins. This does not affect your statutory rights when digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

If you made a duplicate purchase or believe a payment was taken incorrectly, contact Radical Geek promptly with the purchase email address and Stripe receipt.

Refunds and access

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. A full refund or payment dispute ends future portal download access. Files already downloaded cannot be technically recalled because the edition is supplied without DRM.

Website material

Website articles, diagrams, guides and book material remain protected by their stated copyright and licences. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; those services control their own availability and terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections that apply where they live.
